We have invested in new equipment to help in producing more products faster, better, and more cost efficient. Our 6000 sq. ft. facility has the following capabilities:
- Automated Assembly supporting projects from prototype to low, medium or high volume production.
- Automatic cut, strip & terminating of leads.
- Precision wire cutting and stripping of long or short runs (10-1,000,000 pieces)
- Computerized Electrical Testing for Continuity.
- Tooling capabilities of AMP, 3M Molex or Panduit insulation displacement connectors for either ribbon cables or discrete wire 30 AWG to 10 AWG.
Lead Wire
Our automated and semi-automated equipment is able to cut, strip, and terminate almost any kind of wire. Using only materials from the top wire and cable manufacturers insures the highest quality and best material availability. Lead Wire preparation services offered:
